Clallam Transit System provides curb-to-curb service with assistance for elderly and disabled persons in Clallam County. CTS paratransit service locations and times are comparable to CTS fixed route service. This is a shared origin-to-destination service with your fellow passengers.

Children Youth with Special Healthcare Needs Program

CSHCN program focuses on children under the age of 18 who are at risk for or have health or developmental problems that will require more than usual health care. This includes children who have disabilities and handicapping conditions, chronic illnesses, and health-related educational or behavioral problems.

Referrals can be made by families, schools, medical service providers, and other concerned people.

Clallam-Jefferson County Pro Bono Lawyers provides legal assistance to low income residents of Clallam and Jefferson County. To request Pro Bono services, you must first call the Clear Line at 1-888-201-1014.  CLEAR will determine if you are eligible for services.

Lower Elwha Family Advocacy Program operates in different grants to deliver and refer services to American Indians, Alaskan Native and/or Lower Elwha Tribal community members who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, and elder abuse that resides within the geographic services area of the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe. School and Medical Autism Review Team (SMART)

SMART is a model that builds on and expands community capacity in rural and underserved communities that do not have timely access to a local multidisciplinary diagnostic center.

In the SMART approach, experienced pediatric primary care providers, schools, early intervention agencies, other service providers and families come together and share their knowledge and evaluation results in order to facilitate a comprehensive assessment of a child.
